Clínica psicodinámica y el análisis del sufrimiento en el trabajo
Abstract
The purpose of this reflection article is to present some fundamental elements of the psychodynamic clinic of work as a perspective of analysis of the subjective experience of suffering in organizations, based on the research proposal of the French psychoanalyst Christophe Dejours, in order to provide elements of judgment for the conceptual understanding of work unrest and its effects on the professional practice of organizational psychologists based on listening to work subjectivity in work contexts, based on a rigorous documentary review.
